Itiva Adds Studio Exec Marsha King To Advisory Board

Palo Alto, Calif. – June 8, 2006Itiva Digital Media, developers of high definition Internet content delivery technologies and services, has added Marsha King, former Warner Bros. Studios Executive Vice President, to the Board of Advisors. Ms. King will begin effective immediately.

Most recently Executive Vice President and General Manager of Warner Home Video, Ms. King has an extraordinary history of achievement in acquisitions, DVD development and new technology. Consistently chosen by industry leaders as a key negotiator and content expert for global intellectual property issues, Ms. King is well known for her consistent level of excellence in developing highly successful business strategies and managing corporate advocacy. Prior to her 15 years at Warner Bros., she spent three years at Twentieth Century Fox as Senior Counsel, and spent three years at the LA Law firm of Rosenfeld, Meyer & Susman. She is Juris Doctor cum laude from Harvard Law School.
