Itiva Adds Chris Morgando to VP Shareholder Relations
Moves Corporate HQ Within Palo Alto

Palo Alto, Calif. – October 24, 2006 – Itiva Digital Media, a breakthrough rich media delivery network, has named Chris Morgando to the post of VP, Shareholder Relations. In addition, the company has announced a new headquarters office in Palo Alto, California.
