ITIVA NETWORKS | Appointees

Itiva Networks of Palo Alto, an online video content delivery service, appointed Jerry Pierce, Nicholas Miller, Max Paley and Richard Archuleta to its board of directors.

Pierce is former senior vice president of technology for Universal Pictures. He also served at Stanford Research Institute.

Miller founded and served as president and chief executive officer at DataLink Systems. Before that, he served as director at Ezenet Technologies and Workfire Technologies. He was also vice chairman and director of Mulgrave School.

Paley is vice president of multimedia at Apple. Before that, he was vice president of engineering at Award Bios and vice president of software development at S3. Prior to that, he held positions at Compaq and Olivetti ATC.

Archuleta is former senior vice president and general manager at Hewlett-Packard.
